Ticket Sales Sessions & Quotas

  • Each ticket sales session (Pre-sale and General Sale) has a separate and limited quota.
  • The allocation percentage may differ between sessions, meaning a larger portion of the quota may be available in one session, and seating positions may vary between sales sessions.

General Regulations

  • Tickets are only valid if purchased in accordance with the procedures specified for online transactions through the Promoter’s official website or authorized ticket box appointed by the Promoter. Otherwise, the Purchaser will not be able to verify whether the e-voucher is valid.
  • E-vouchers are confidential and must not be shared. Purchasers understand that sharing an e-voucher creates the risk of transfer or misuse by another party.
  • The Promoter and the appointed official ticketing partner guarantee that e-vouchers will only be issued to authorized Purchasers.
  • Transfer of ownership and/or forgery of e-vouchers, tickets, or wristbands is beyond the control of the Promoter and is not the Promoter’s responsibility.
  • Ticket holders for Duality Package A-B and CAT 1 A-B will receive a queue number, while ticket holders for CAT 2, CAT 3, CAT 4, CAT 5, and CAT 6 will receive seat numbers.

Queue Number & Seat Number

  • Queue numbers (QN) and seat numbers (SN) are automatically assigned by the system based on the verified ticket purchase time.

Seating Position & Viewer Preference

  • The best seating position is subjective and may vary depending on each attendee’s personal preference.
  • Seat numbers will be automatically assigned to the Purchaser based on purchase time and available sequence.
  • Queue numbers and seat numbers will be updated on the e-voucher and may be viewed by refreshing the e-voucher no later than 5 (five) days before the concert date.
  • Each e-voucher has a unique barcode and is valid for one person only. An e-voucher may only be used once. Duplicated e-vouchers cannot be used for repeated entry into the event.
  • By purchasing a ticket, the Purchaser agrees to the collection, storage, and use of personal data for purposes related to the 2026 NCT JNJM FANMEETING TOUR [DUALITY] # JAKARTA.
  • E-vouchers must be exchanged for wristbands during the wristband redemption period.

Wristband Redemption Information

  • The time and location for wristband redemption will be announced through Dyandra Global’s official social media channels and website.
  • Purchasers are strongly encouraged to exchange their e-voucher in advance to avoid queues on the day of the concert.

Tickets or e-vouchers that have been purchased may not be resold at a price higher than the official price determined by the Promoter. If any violation is indicated, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action and/or cancel the ticket.

Wristband/Ticket Exchange Requirements

For direct redemption:

  • Printed e-voucher
  • Original valid National Identification Card / Driver’s License / Passport / Student Card (the name must match the name stated on the e-voucher)

If redeemed by a representative:

  • Printed e-voucher
  • Letter of Attorney signed with an IDR 10,000 duty stamp (Materai)
  • Copy of the identification card of the person whose name is stated on the e-voucher
  • No replacement wristbands will be issued under any circumstances if lost or damaged for any reason. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands.
  • Tickets purchased at dyandraglobalstore.com may not be used for commercial purposes, including giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes. Any misuse may result in ticket cancellation without refund, and the ticket holder may be denied entry.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to change, revise, or add to these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Age Restrictions

  • Valid photo identification includes National Identification Card (KTP) for Indonesian citizens, Driver’s License, Passport, Student Card, and Basic Resident Registration Card.
  • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Children under 5 years old will not be admitted into the venue.

Special Needs Service

  • Attendees with special needs using wheelchairs may contact the Promoter at operation@dyandraglobal.com by attaching a medical statement from a hospital and a parental permission letter, which may be downloaded from www.dyandraglobal.com.
  • Pregnant women are required to bring a doctor’s recommendation letter and a stamped permission letter from their husband and are not allowed in the festival area.
  • Attendees with serious medical conditions such as heart disease, low blood pressure, and similar conditions are not permitted to attend the event/concert. For further information, please contact operation@dyandraglobal.com.
  • This show contains bright and intense flashing lights, as well as extremely loud sounds that may cause discomfort or disturbance to some attendees.
  • Attendees acknowledge their responsibility to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account their personal medical condition.

No Re-Entry Policy

  • Re-entry to the concert or event area is not permitted, regardless of ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you may not leave and re-enter.
  • The Organizer/Promoter reserves the right to deny entry if a ticket or wristband barcode has already been used by another person.

Concert Line Guidelines

  • Overnight queuing at the venue is prohibited.
  • Please be respectful, orderly, and considerate toward others in line.

General Policies

  • Attendees are only allowed to bring ONE bag with a maximum size of 20 cm x 30 cm.
  • For safety and convenience, large luggage, duffle bags, large backpacks, and similar items are prohibited in the concert area.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry if attendees fail to comply with this bag policy.
  • The seating plan displayed is an illustrative diagram intended only to help attendees understand the seating arrangement and may not reflect actual venue conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the stage layout at any time without prior notice for production purposes.
  • Some areas or seats may have restricted views due to differences in audience height, safety installations such as barriers, or technical production requirements, including but not limited to stage equipment and camera placement. Under such conditions, ticket exchanges and refunds are not permitted.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who obtains tickets in an unauthorized manner, including but not limited to ticket duplication or any other acquisition method that violates the Organizer’s rules.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for negligence resulting in an e-voucher or wristband being lost, misplaced, transferred, or used by another person to gain entry.
  • The Purchaser releases the Promoter from claims for ticket refunds if, with prior notice, the Promoter must relocate the venue without reducing the quality of the event or performance, due to unilateral decisions by the artist, government, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control.
  • If the event is canceled, ticket refunds will be made in accordance with the Promoter’s refund policy. Other charges, including platform service fees and credit card surcharges, are not part of the ticket price and are non-refundable.
  • The Purchaser agrees not to make legal claims against the Promoter in the event of cancellation caused by unilateral decisions of the artist, the government, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control.
  • The artist lineup may change due to injury, illness, including COVID-19, natural disasters, man-made disasters, military issues, and other circumstances.
  • For safety and security reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or stop the event; temporarily detain attendees inside the venue until the event ends; evacuate some or all attendees; and deny access to the event even to valid ticket holders, without compensation.
  • The Promoter has the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not possess a valid ticket.
  • The Promoter has the right to remove attendees from the venue if necessary for safety, the comfort of other attendees, or the smooth operation of the event.
  • All attendees must wear their valid wristband at all times while inside the venue. Any person without a valid wristband may be removed from the event area without exception.
  • In certain circumstances, some areas within the venue may become restricted.
  • The Organizer, Promoter, and artists are not liable for compensation and/or travel expenses arising from event postponement or cancellation.
  • Attendees who behave in a disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate manner, or who refuse to follow instructions or warnings from event staff, will be removed from the venue without refund.
  • Any attempt to enter the event without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in immediate removal. In certain cases, the violator may be reported to the police and prosecuted.
  • The Organizer, Promoter, and artists are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for accidents or injuries occurring anywhere within the venue during the event.
  • The Promoter will refuse entry to attendees who are intoxicated or clearly under the influence of illegal drugs. Anyone found carrying prohibited items may be reported to the police and denied entry without refund.
  • The Promoter will not use or disclose attendees’ personal information collected during ticket purchase without consent.
  • Attendees who are removed from or leave the venue for any reason may not be allowed to re-enter.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to change the venue layout and seating arrangements at any time.
  • The event is intended to be safe, orderly, and enjoyable for all attendees.

What Not to Bring

  • No outside food or beverages.
  • No professional or semi-professional cameras, including SLR/DSLR cameras. Recording and live transmission during the concert are prohibited. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices, and action cameras are not allowed. Flash photography is prohibited.
  • No selling or commercial activity inside the venue.
  • No unauthorized solicitation, distribution of handbills, sampling, or giveaways without prior approval from the Promoter/Organizer.
  • No weapons of any kind.
  • No paint of any kind, including paint markers and spray paint.
  • No fireworks or firecrackers.
  • No illegal drugs, prohibited substances, or drug paraphernalia.
  • No prescription medicine without a doctor’s prescription, except for over-the-counter medication.
  • No products harmful to human health.
  • No large chains.
  • No laser pointers.
  • No flags or totems containing metal or wooden parts.
  • No large umbrellas.
  • No unsealed sanitary products.
  • No pets or animals.
  • No large portable fans.
  • No corkscrews or bottle openers.
  • No backpacks, luggage, or bags exceeding 20 cm x 30 cm. No lockers will be provided at the venue.
  • No glass bottles.
  • No camera tripods.
  • No projectiles or explosive materials.
  • No knives or other sharp objects.
  • No flammable products or aerosol cans.
  • No open flames or fire-making activities.
  • No water guns or air guns.
  • No chairs.
  • No drones or similar flying devices.
  • No sleeping bags.
  • No smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarettes in the concert area.
  • No item that may disturb public order, endanger attendee safety, or damage property, as determined solely by event staff.

Security Entry

  • Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your belongings may be subject to reasonable inspection upon entry. If you refuse to participate in security measures, entry may be denied. The Organizer also reserves the right to require you to leave the event if your behavior raises safety or security concerns. No refund will be provided in such cases.
  • All attendees, including members of the media, are subject to inspection before entering the venue. Upon entry, attendees may undergo airport-style security checks, including bag inspection and examination of personal belongings. Electronic drug detectors and K-9 units may be used. The Organizer reserves the absolute right, at any time, to deny entry to or remove any person from the event if that person is deemed to be violating event rules, whether updated with or without prior notice.

Recording Rights

  • The Promoter/Organizer and its affiliates reserve the right to film, record, and/or photograph visitors, participants, or wristband holders, including their image, likeness, actions, and/or statements, for television, motion pictures, webcasts, and/or other public broadcasts in any medium and for any purpose.
  • By attending the event, each visitor, participant, and/or wristband holder fully releases and discharges the Promoter/Organizer, including its employees, subsidiaries, and affiliated parties, from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, and causes of action arising directly or indirectly from such filming, recording, and/or photography.

Please do not throw any objects onto the stage, especially hard objects, as they may harm the artist(s).
