Ticket Sales Schedule

All prices exclude 10% government tax and a ticketing platform fee of 5%.

Soundcheck Eligibility

Participants eligible to join the Soundcheck session are:

  • All CAT 1 A-B Soundcheck ticket holders.
  • 250 CAT 2 Soundcheck Raffle ticket holders selected through a raffle system.

Tickets that have been purchased cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.

The “NCTzen 127” MEMBERSHIP (GL) Pre-sale is exclusively for Weverse account holders
who are part of the “NCTzen 127” Membership and have registered for the pre-sale within
the specified period.

Pre-sale Schedule

  • Ticket purchases during the pre-sale are only accessible using the membership number registered during the designated registration period.
  • The “NCTzen 127” Membership number consists of 11 letters and numbers without spaces. Example: XX123456789.
  • A verified membership number can only be applied once.
  • Purchases during the pre-sale are limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per transaction.
  • Accepted payment methods include Bank Virtual Account, bank transfer, and credit card.
  • Credit card purchases can only be made with cards using the 3D Secure system.
  • Being a “NCTzen 127” Membership holder and participating in the pre-sale does not guarantee ticket availability.
  • The pre-sale ticket quota is limited and separate from the General Sale quota.

GENERAL SALE

  • Tickets can be purchased using Bank Virtual Account, bank transfer, and credit card.
  • One account can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per transaction.

TICKET SALES SESSIONS & QUOTA

Each ticket sales session, including Presale and General Sale, has a separate and limited quota.
The allocation percentage may differ between sessions, so ticket availability and seating positions
may vary between sales sessions.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

  • Tickets are only valid if purchased through the official procedure determined by the Promoter or appointed authorized ticket box.
  • E-vouchers are confidential and must not be shared.
  • The Promoter and appointed official ticketing partner will only issue e-vouchers to authorized Purchasers.
  • Transfer of ownership or forgery of e-vouchers, tickets, or wristbands is beyond the Promoter’s control and responsibility.
  • CAT 1 A-B Soundcheck ticket holders will receive a queue number.
  • CAT 2 Soundcheck Raffle, CAT 3, CAT 4, CAT 5, and CAT 6 ticket holders will receive seat numbers.
  • Queue numbers and seat numbers are automatically determined by the system based on verified ticket purchase time.
  • Seat numbers will be updated on the e-voucher no later than 5 days before the concert day.
  • Each e-voucher has a unique barcode and is valid for one person only.
  • E-vouchers must be redeemed for wristbands during the redemption period.
  • Tickets or e-vouchers must not be resold at a higher price than the official price.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to change or add terms without prior notice.

Wristband Redemption

The time and place for wristband exchange will be announced through Dyandra Global’s social media
and official website. It is recommended to exchange the e-voucher beforehand to avoid queues on the concert day.

Wristband/Ticket Exchange Requirements

  • Printed e-voucher.
  • Original valid National ID Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Student Card.
  • The name on the ID must match the name on the e-voucher.

If Represented by Another Person

  • Printed e-voucher.
  • Letter of Attorney signed on an IDR 10,000 stamp duty.
  • Copy of the National ID Card whose name is written on the e-voucher.

No replacement wristbands will be issued under any circumstances if lost or damaged.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Valid photo ID includes National ID Card, Driving License, Passport, Student Card, or Basic Resident Registration Card.
  • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Children under 5 years old will not be admitted into the performance venue.

SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICE

  • Attendees with special needs using wheelchairs can contact the Promoter via
    operation@dyandraglobal.com
    by attaching a Medical Statement from the hospital and a Parental Permission Letter.
  • The Parental Permission Letter can be downloaded at
    www.dyandraglobal.com.
  • Pregnant women are required to bring a doctor’s recommendation letter and a stamped permission letter from their husband.
  • Pregnant women are not allowed in the festival area.
  • Attendees with serious medical conditions such as heart problems, low blood pressure, and others are not allowed to attend.
  • This show contains bright flashing lights, intense lighting, and extremely loud sounds.

NO RE-ENTRY POLICY

  • Re-entry is not allowed, regardless of ticket category.
  • Once attendees enter the venue, they cannot leave and enter again.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry if a wristband barcode has been used previously.

CONCERT LINE GUIDELINES

  • Waiting in line overnight is prohibited.
  • Please be friendly and respectful to others in the line.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Attendees are only allowed to bring one bag with a maximum size of 20 cm x 30 cm.
  • Large luggage, duffle bags, backpacks, and similar items are prohibited in the concert area.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry if attendees fail to comply with this regulation.
  • The seating plan is an illustrative diagram and may not represent the actual venue layout.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the stage layout at any time without prior notice.
  • Some areas or seats may have restricted views due to audience height differences, barriers, stage equipment, or camera placement.
  • Ticket exchanges and refunds are not permitted due to restricted views.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to legally prosecute anyone who obtains tickets in an unauthorized manner.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for negligence resulting in e-vouchers or wristbands being lost, misplaced, or used by another person.
  • If the event is canceled, ticket refunds will follow the Promoter’s terms.
  • Platform service fees and credit card surcharges are not included in the refundable ticket price.
  • The artist lineup may change due to injury, illness, natural disasters, military issues, or other reasons.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to postpone, cancel, stop, or evacuate the event for safety reasons.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry even to valid ticket holders for safety and security reasons.
  • Attendees must wear wristbands at all times inside the venue.
  • Attendees without valid wristbands will be removed from the concert area.
  • In certain circumstances, some areas within the venue may become restricted.
  • Disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
  • Any attempt to enter without a valid ticket may result in removal and police action.
  • The Organizer, Promoter, and artists are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged possessions or accidents inside the venue.
  • Attendees who are intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances may be refused entry without refund.
  • The Promoter will not use or disclose attendees’ personal information without consent.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to change the layout and seating arrangement at any time.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

  • Outside food and drinks.
  • Professional or semi-professional cameras, SLR, DSLR, cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices, and action cameras.
  • Flash photography, recording, or transmission during the concert.
  • Selling items inside the event venue.
  • Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, or giveaways.
  • Weapons of any kind.
  • Paint, paint markers, or spray paint.
  • Fireworks.
  • Illegal drugs, substances, or drug paraphernalia.
  • Official medicines without a doctor’s prescription, except over-the-counter medicines.
  • Products harmful to human health.
  • Large chains.
  • Laser pointers.
  • Flags or totems with metal or wood pieces.
  • Large umbrellas.
  • Unsealed sanitary products.
  • Pets.
  • Large portable fans.
  • Corkscrews or bottle openers.
  • Backpacks, travel luggage, or bags larger than 20 cm x 30 cm.
  • Glass bottles.
  • Camera tripods.
  • Projectiles or explosive materials.
  • Knives or sharp objects.
  • Flammable products or aerosol cans.
  • Open fires.
  • Water guns or air guns.
  • Chairs.
  • Drones or similar flying devices.
  • Sleeping bags.
  • Smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarettes in the concert area.
  • Any item that can disturb public order, endanger safety, or damage people or property, at the sole discretion of Event Staff.

There will be no lockers at the venue.

SECURITY ENTRY

Your safety and security are important to us. You and your property may be subject to inspection
upon entry to the event. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, entry may be denied.

All attendees, including media members, are subject to search before entering the event.
Entry inspection may include airport-style pat-down searches, emptying pockets and bags,
item examination, electronic drug detectors, and K-9 search.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person from the event if they are
deemed to be in violation of event rules. Rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

RECORDING RIGHTS

The Promoter, Organizer, and their affiliates reserve the right to film, record, and/or photograph
visitors, participants, or wristband holders, including their image, likeness, actions, and/or statements
during the event for television, moving pictures, webcasts, or other public broadcasts in any medium
for any purpose.

Any visitor, participant, and/or wristband holder fully releases and discharges the Promoter, Organizer,
their employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines,
and causes of action arising directly or indirectly from filming, recording, and/or photography at this event.

Please do not throw things onto the stage, especially hard objects, as they may harm the artist(s).
