• To receive the Soundcheck benefit, album purchasers must first have a ticket to the NCT DREAM WORLD TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 3 : DREAM( )SCAPE> in JAKARTA concert
• 1-on-1 Fansign / Hi-Bye benefits are not required to have NCT DREAM WORLD TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 3: DREAM( )SCAPE> in JAKARTA
• Only album purchase code data with purchases made on or before May 8, 2024, at 11:59 PM WIB is eligible for the raffle Soundcheck benefit
• The NCT DREAM WORLD TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 3 : DREAM( )SCAPE> in JAKARTA Soundcheck event will be held on: May 18th, 2024
• Dyandra Global’s decision on the raffle result is final and binding, and has also been verified by the artist’s management. No correspondence will be made regarding the results

Eligibility

• Buyers have the opportunity to get Soundcheck, 1-on-1 Fansign, and Hi-Bye benefits by purchasing an album on dyandraglobalstore.com during the specified sales period.

• Each album purchase code is only eligible for one benefit.

Album Purchase Procedure

• Purchasers can visit dyandraglobalstore.com to purchase the NCT DREAM [DREAM( )SCAPE] ALBUM

• To participate in the raffle Soundcheck benefit, buyers are required to fill in the details of the e-voucher code for the NCT DREAM WORLD TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 3 : DREAM( )SCAPE> in JAKARTA concert when completing their personal data. If the concert e-voucher code is empty, the buyer is only eligible to participate in the 1-on-1 Fansign and Hi Bye raffle benefit.

• Every purchase of 1 (one) album will get 1 (one) purchase code number, and so on. The more purchase code numbers owned, the greater the opportunity to get Soundcheck / 1-on-1 Fansign / Hi Bye benefits.
• There is no limitation on the maximum number of album purchases, but one transaction can only make a maximum purchase of 20 albums.
• Buyers are required to provide their personal details and address for album delivery.
• The album purchase system is pre-order. Information regarding the delivery schedule of purchased albums will be notified further based on the delivery service from the country of origin.
• The album purchase price includes shipping costs for all regions in Indonesia.
• Album purchases must have a shipping address in Indonesia.
• Any album purchase transaction that has been successfully made cannot be canceled.

General Information

1. NCT DREAM [DREAM( )SCAPE] Album has 2 versions:
   • NCT DREAM [DREAM( )SCAPE] (Photobook ver.) icantfeelanything Ver.
   • NCT DREAM [DREAM( )SCAPE] (Photobook ver.) Smoothie Ver.
     
2. With each album purchase, you cannot choose the album version and shipping is random. For purchases of more than 1 (one) album, an effort will be made to obtain different album versions
3. Album from the 1-on-1 Fansign raffle winner will be signed by 6 (six) members of NCT DREAM
   
4. Every album purchase will be getting 1 (one) exclusive photocard randomly

Terms and Conditions

1. Buyers must fill in data information correctly (name, birthdate, email, contact information, etc)
2. Mistake in filling in data information might resulting in illegitimate winner and the organizer won’t be responsible for any data entry errors
3. Every successful album purchase transaction can’t be canceled
4. Winners can’t be transferred nor be traded
5. Benefits that have been received cannot be exchanged for other existing benefits
6. Selling period for NCT DREAM [DREAM( )SCAPE] ALBUM will be automatically closed once all stock is sold out
   
7. The organizer will send detailed event information along with the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Soundcheck, 1-on-1 Fansign and Hi-Bye benefits to each winner via the email that has been registered at the time of purchase
   
8. Very fine scratches or marks do not qualify for a refund or return.
   • The outer case is intended to protect the product inside, and the contamination and damages that might occur during the distribution process can’t be the subject for return/exchange
   • Due to the manufacturing process, the products might have scratches. It is a natural manufacturing process and not a defective product, hence is not eligible for a reason to return/exchange
   • For prints and printed matter (photo card), imprints, scratches, press marks, etc. of less are not the reason to return/exchange. As well for bent photo card which can be unfolded normally again
   • It is not possible to exchange the product for a different product
9. The Organizer will notify participants/ winners in the event of any schedule changes caused by force majeure circumstances
10. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participants/ winners from attending the event if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions established by the Organizer
