General Information of Fan Benefit Session
Ticket holders are eligible to participate in the Fan Benefit raffle according to their ticket category. The winner quota for each Fan Benefit by ticket category is as follows:

- All CAT 1 ticket holders are entitled to Soundcheck With Talk. CAT 2, CAT 3, and CAT 4 holders will be selected through a raffle system, subject to the allocated quota.
- Group Photo winners are selected by raffle from CAT 1 and CAT 2 ticket holders, according to the allocated quota.
- Seat numbers will be used for the Fan Benefit raffle.
- The fan benefit raffle will be conducted no later than September 7th, 2026.
- Winners will be announced on September 8th, 2026 at dyandraglobalstore.com.
- Winners will receive a confirmation email sent to the address registered at the time of ticket purchase.
- Details of schedule, procedure, and regulations for the Group Photo and Soundcheck With Talk will be communicated through social media and Dyandra Global’s official website.
- Dyandra Global’s decision regarding the raffle results is final and binding and cannot be contested.
- Dyandra Global reserves the right to cancel the raffle results or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The presale is exclusively for Weverse account holders who are part of the “Cassiopeia” Membership and have registered for the presale within the specified period.

- A verified membership number can only be applied 1 (one) time only.
- Purchases during the presale session are limited to a maximum of 2 (two) tickets.

- Credit card purchases can only be made with cards using a 3D Secure system.
- Being a “Cassiopeia” Membership and participating in the presale does not guarantee getting the concert tickets.
- The presale ticket quota is limited and separate from the General Sale quota.
- Presale Access: purchasing during the presale only grants an opportunity to buy tickets earlier and does not guarantee ticket availability or a specific seat location.
Ticket Purchase — General Sale

- Payment via bank virtual account, bank transfer, and credit cards.
- One account can purchase a maximum of 4 (four) tickets per transaction.
- Each sales session (Presale and General Sale) has a separate and limited quota. Allocation percentages may differ per session, so seating positions may vary between sessions.
General Regulations
- Tickets are only valid if purchased in accordance with the procedure determined by the online transaction on the Promoter’s official website or authorized ticket box. Otherwise, attendees cannot verify whether the E-ticket is authorized.
- E-tickets are confidential and not to be shared; if shared, there is a risk the E-ticket can be transferred.
- The Promoter and appointed official ticketing partner guarantee E-tickets are only issued to authorized Purchasers.
- Transfer of ownership and/or forgery of E-tickets/tickets/wristbands is beyond the control and not the responsibility of the Promoter.
- All ticket holders will receive a seat number. Seat numbers (SN) are automatically determined by the system based on the verified ticket purchase time.
- The best seating position is subjective and varies per viewer. Seat numbers are assigned automatically based on purchase time and available sequential number.
- Seat numbers are updated on the E-ticket and can be seen by refreshing it, no later than 5 (five) days before the concert.
- Each E-ticket has a unique barcode valid for one person only and can be used once. Duplication for multiple entries is prohibited.
- By purchasing, the Purchaser agrees to the collection, storage, and use of personal data for the event.
- There is no E-ticket to wristband exchange. Wristbands are fastened by staff after the E-ticket is scanned at the entrance.
- Attendees only need to present a printed or digital E-ticket at the entrance gate.
- Tickets are not to be resold above the official price. Any indication of violation entitles the Promoter to take legal action and/or cancel the ticket.
- No replacement wristbands under any circumstances if lost or damaged. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands.
- Tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes (giveaways, contests, sweepstakes). Misuse may result in cancellation with no refund and refusal of entry, without exception.
- The Organizer may change or add other terms without prior notification.
Age Restrictions
- Valid photo IDs: National ID Card (KTP) for Indonesian citizens, Driving License, Passport, Student Card, and Basic Resident Registration Card.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children under 5 will not be admitted into the venue.
Special Needs Service
- Attendees with special needs using wheelchairs can contact the Promoter via operation@dyandraglobal.com, attaching a Medical Statement from the hospital and a Parental Permission Letter (download at www.dyandraglobal.com).
- Pregnant women must bring a doctor’s recommendation letter and a stamped permission letter from their husband, and are not allowed in the festival area.
- Attendees with serious medical conditions (heart problems, low blood pressure, etc.) are not allowed to attend. For info: operation@dyandraglobal.com.
- This show contains bright and intense flashing lights and extremely loud sounds that may cause disturbance or discomfort to some audiences.
- Attendees accept they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, considering any personal medical conditions.
No Re-Entry Policy
- Re-entry is not allowed regardless of ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you cannot leave and enter again.
- The organizer/promoter reserves the right to prohibit entry for a ticket/wristband barcode that has been used previously by others.
Concert Lines Guidelines
- Waiting in line overnight is prohibited.
- Please be friendly and respectful to others in the line.
General Policies
- Attendants may only bring ONE bag with a maximum size of 20 cm × 30 cm. Large luggage, duffle bags, and backpacks are prohibited.
- The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry for non-compliance.
- The Promoter reserves the right to legally prosecute anyone obtaining tickets in an unauthorized manner, including duplication.
- The Promoter is not responsible for negligence resulting in the E-ticket/wristband being misplaced, lost, or used by others.
- The Purchaser releases the Promoter from refund claims if the venue is moved with prior notice (without reducing quality) due to unilateral decisions of the artist, government, or causes beyond the Promoter’s control.
- If cancelled, tickets are refunded per the Promoter’s terms. Platform service fees and credit card surcharges are not part of the refundable ticket price.
- The Purchaser releases the Promoter from legal claims in the event of cancellation made unilaterally by the artist, government, or causes beyond the Promoter’s control.
- The artist lineup may change due to injury, illness (e.g. COVID-19), natural/man-made disasters, military issues, etc.
- For security reasons, the Promoter may postpone, cancel, or stop the event; detain attendees until the event ends; evacuate attendees; and refuse entry to valid ticket holders, without compensation.
- The Promoter may prohibit entry to visitors without a valid ticket, and remove attendees when deemed necessary for safety, others’ convenience, and event integrity.
- Attendees must wear wristbands at all times. Those who lose their wristband will not be allowed entry.
- Attendees inside without a valid wristband will be removed, no exception.
- In certain circumstances, some areas within the venue may become restricted.
- Organizers, promoters, and artists are not liable for compensation or cancellation charges for travel expenses due to cancellation/postponement.
- Disorderly, offensive, or non-compliant attendees will be removed immediately with no refund.
- Any attempt to enter without a valid ticket results in removal; in certain cases the police will be contacted and charges pressed.
- Organizers, promoters, and artists are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged possessions or accidents anywhere in the venue.
- The Promoter will refuse entry to guests severely intoxicated or affected by drugs; prohibited items lead to police reporting and no refund.
- The Promoter will not use or disclose guests’ personal information without consent.
- Attendees removed or exiting the venue are banned from re-entering.
- The Promoter may change the layout and seating arrangement at any time.
- The event is intended to be friendly and enjoyable.
What Not to Bring
- Outside food and drinks.
- Professional/semi-professional/SLR/DSLR cameras, removable-lens cameras, video cameras, recording devices, and action cameras. Recording, transmission, and flash photography are prohibited.
- Selling inside the venue.
- Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, or giveaways without prior approval.
- Weapons of any kind.
- Paint of any kind, including paint markers and spray paint.
- Fireworks.
- Illegal drugs, substances, or drug paraphernalia.
- Official medicines without a doctor’s prescription (except over-the-counter). Products harmful to health are prohibited.
- Large chains.
- Laser pointers.
- Flags or totems with metal or wood pieces.
- Large umbrellas.
- Unsealed sanitary products.
- Pets.
- Big portable fans.
- Corkscrews or bottle openers.
- Backpacks, luggage, or bags exceeding 20 cm × 30 cm (no lockers at venue).
- Glass bottles.
- Camera tripods.
- Projectiles or explosive materials.
- Knives or sharp objects.
- Flammable products or aerosol cans.
- Open fires.
- Water guns or air guns.
- Chairs.
- Drones or similar flying apparatus.
- Sleeping bags.
- Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes in the concert area.
- Any item usable to disturb the peace, endanger the crowd, or damage people/goods (at the sole discretion of Event Staff).
Security Entry
Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable inspection upon entry. If you refuse these security measures, we may deny you entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave if your behavior causes concern for the safety of attendees. If we deny entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.
All attendees, including media, are subject to being searched prior to entry via an airport-style pat-down, including emptying pockets and bags. An electronic drug detector and K-9 search will be used. The organizer reserves the right, at all times, to deny entry to or eject any person in violation of event rules, which may be updated with or without notice.
Recording Rights
The Promoter/Organizer and its affiliations reserve the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor’s image, likeness, action, and/or statement for television, moving picture, webcast, and/or other public broadcasts in any medium for any purpose. Any visitor hereby fully releases and discharges the Promoter/Organizer (including employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliations from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, and causes of action arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording, and/or photography of this event.
Please don’t throw things, especially hard objects, on stage as it would harm the artist(s). Enjoy the concert!
